Like you, my wife has a GBM and I am searching the world to help her, and me. I also hold a PhD in clinical immunology, a masters in business policy and a masters in oncotherapeutics, am an expert in social media and computer technology, and have worked as a cancer researcher and exec with Bristol Myers Squibb.
My wife was diagnosed a couple of months ago and has gone through the initial standard therapies – surgery, radiation and two rounds of chemo with temodar – but I have since started to work with Tom Seyfried and Dominic D’agostino on the use of a restricted ketogenic diet instead of continuing the standard treatment. They were also kind enough to introduce me to several in their network, including Giulio Zuccoli, who I do believe you either have or will be speaking to soon.
Anyway, I am now not only using what the keto group is helping my wife with but am also taking it upon myself to help them introduce it to the public as an viable, if not better, alternative to the standard treatment of several cancer including brain cancers. One of the things that I have talked to Dom about is creating an Open Source approach to involving the public in the prevention and treatment which I was building around a lab and development facility that the public (laypersons, scientists and medical personnel) could use to help test ideas. I believe that what you are trying to accomplish can be the foundation for what I am trying to accomplish. As a consequence, I would like to work with you to not only help you operate what you are doing but also helping to champion your treatment as I do the same for my wife.
