First, I’m so sorry to hear about the cancer diagnosis. You are doing such a great service to all and hopefully to yourself by gathering possible treatments.
I know of three cancer treatments that have been discouraged from wider testing and pursuit in the United States. Perhaps they are available in Italy. These are

Also, in the US some people have found a macrobiotic diet helpful to dealing with their cancer.
